Meals for the Week
Whether you need weeknight dinners for the family, lunches and dinners for two, or extra meals to stock your freezer, CoZu will customize a service plan that meets your needs. Each meal typically consists of a protein, carbohydrate, and vegetable. You can always count on your meals being balanced, wholesome, and delicious.

This fee covers time spent meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking, and cleaning. This is a set fee rather than an hourly rate, and tax is already included in the prices listed, so you'll always know just what to expect.

The cost of groceries is not included in the service fee. Alex will shop for the week's ingredients at your preferred store, and the cost will be added to your invoice for reimbursement.

If you want to add freshly baked bread, desserts, snacks, or other items to your weekly service, Alex can do that! Pricing varies by item.

Want to try the service to see if it’s a good fit? Select two entrees of your choice, and Alex will prepare four servings of each for a service fee of only $100 + grocery reimbursement.

Alex calculates the nutritional contribution of each individual ingredient so you can be fully confident that you are hitting your daily values. This service is perfect for athletes and others who require truly meticulous nutrition to look, feel, and perform their best.
Holidays & Gatherings
Imagine the aromas of a special dinner being prepared in your own kitchen - while you relax and enjoy spending time with your loved ones. Alex will work with you to craft a menu for the occasion, and is happy to cook from your family’s favorite recipes. Get in touch well in advance for holiday bookings.

Too busy to clear out those old canned goods or condiments? Can’t ever seem to find the herbs or spices you need and end up with four bottles of dried basil? Let CoZu help you get organized. Alex will clean and organize your refrigerator, pantry and spice cupboard so that everything you need is within reach and nothing ever goes to waste.
